Well, as we all know, Sherlock is actually a girl’s name…

I wonder, if this is ment as hint, that Magnussen is threatening Sherlock to “reveal” his sexual orientation. (“Because he attacks people who are different and preys on their secrets.”)

I was thinking exactly the same thing, particularly given how sexually aggressive he was in the scene, kissing his hand and leaning in as though he was going to kiss his lips while he was powerless to protest or stop him.
